On march, 3, 2021, IRS determined that MadisonHome is a public charity and exempt from income tax under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c) (3) and hence donors can deduct their contributions to MadisonHome under IRC Section 170. MadisonHome also qualifies to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfer and gifts under Section 2055, 2106, or 2522. MadisonHome is classified as 170(b)(1)(A)(vi) charity.
